Youth Behavioral Health Navigator Program

Welcome to
Kids’ Mental Health Great Rivers

The Youth Navigator Program (YNP) serves as an access portal and support system for children and youth ages 0-20 who are experiencing behavioral health challenges. Through collaboration with community partners, we assist individuals and families in accessing services and receiving the necessary care and support at the most appropriate time and location, aiming for the best possible outcome for every family.

Support can be requested for behavior management strategies, safety planning, family engagement ideas, transition planning, care coordination, and outpatient services navigation.
